CCM established a pilot-scale facility for producing zero-waste, fiber-to-part TuFF feedstock with high fiber volume fraction (≈60%) and low void content (<1%). The facility enables scalable production of complex, high-performance composite components including prepreg processing, blank and automated forming cells ONR DURIP grant) while supporting advanced material and process development for DoD, DOE, and NASA programs.
